Since the beginning of its business, the company MOLTENI has been worldwide well known as supplier of mixers and process plants.

Over many years, during which MOLTENI developed its activity, the company acquired a wide experience not only in the production of single mixing systems but also in their integration in complete plants.

Our Customers of mixing machines increased, very frequently in the last years, also their request of complete plant lines.

This means that most of the MOLTENI machines need to be interfaced with upstream systems for the feeding of raw materials, as well as with downstream systems for the delivery of the processed product.

Thanks to the competence guaranteed by the BATTAGGION GROUP, which acquired in 2011 the right of using the brand MOLTENI, continuing its management and production, it is possible to meet our Customers’ requirement, supplying also the ancillary equipment (utilities in general, feeding and dosing units, raw material conveying systems, vacuum control and so on).

Also for what concerns the plant electronic automation and management through PLC or DCS systems, it is possible to allow a perfect and synchronized production flow.

The specific knowledge of the products to be mixed, their characteristics as well as the customers’ final production and quality needs are essential to us for granting the supply of a complete production plant, which integrates perfectly different technologies.

It is with this target that, in a continuous interface with the customer during the Project, the MOLTENI and the BATTAGGION technical staff can provide and manage the feasibility study, the design, the construction, the installation, the successful start-up as well as the maintenance service after the delivery of the whole plant.
